1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 55bwn ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 55bwn online casino platform, including the website located at 55bwn.cam, all associated mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

We may request supporting documentation including, but not limited to, government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds, winnings, or bonuses. False or fraudulent information provided during registration or verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on the 55bwn Platform, you must create a personal account by providing accurate registration information. Each person is permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. You may not allow any other person to use your account or share your login credentials with any third party.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must immediately notify 55bwn of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 55bwn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials, including using strong passwords, not sharing credentials, and logging out after each session.

3.3 Account Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate personal information during registration and to update this information promptly when changes occur. Information that must be accurate includes, but is not limited to, your legal name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, and payment details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

3.4 Account Verification

55bwn implements Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. We reserve the right to request identification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until account verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your 55bwn account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, cryptocurrency (USDT), and other methods as specified on the deposit page. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 55bwn account are from legitimate sources and are your own property. Deposited funds are not eligible for refund except in cases of account closure in good standing or technical errors on our part.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance subject to the following conditions: (a) your account is fully verified, (b) the funds are not subject to any active bonus wagering requirements, (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold, and (d) you have not violated any Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed according to our internal procedures, with most standard withdrawals completed within 2-6 hours. Processing times may be longer for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or during periods of high volume. 55bwn reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals. Withdrawal fees may apply as specified on the Platform.

4.3 Payment Method Restrictions

Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposit. If this is not possible due to technical limitations or payment provider restrictions, alternative withdrawal methods may be arranged at our discretion. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited - you may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Any deposits made using payment methods not belonging to you will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

4.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on the 55bwn Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method uses a different currency. 55bwn does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, are clearly displayed on the withdrawal page before you confirm your request. We reserve the right to modify fee structures with reasonable notice.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

55bwn may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, tournaments, and other promotional offers ("Promotions") from time to time. Participation in Promotions is voluntary and subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each Promotion in addition to these general Terms.

5.1 Bonus Terms

All Promotions are subject to wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, time limits, and other conditions as specified in the promotional terms. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds or bonus-generated winnings become withdrawable. These requirements are clearly stated in each Promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

55bwn reserves the right to cancel any Promotion, withhold or confiscate bonus funds or winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other players, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the Promotion or constitutes abuse of the promotional system.

5.3 General Promotion Rules

Unless otherwise specified, Promotions are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. 55bwn reserves the right to exclude any player from Promotions at our sole discretion. Promotional terms may change without prior notice, though changes will not affect active Promotions already claimed by players. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated. In the event of any discrepancy between the promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms will prevail.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the 55bwn Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information section. You agree to play all games according to their specific rules and to accept the outcome of each game round as final.

6.1 Game Integrity

55bwn partners with reputable game providers whose software is regularly tested and certified by independent auditing firms. We do not manipulate game outcomes or RTP percentages. However, we reserve the right to investigate any suspicion of irregular play patterns or collusion between players. If game errors or malfunctions occur, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded.

6.2 Maximum Winnings

Certain games and Promotions may have maximum win limits as specified in the applicable terms. We reserve the right to impose reasonable limits on payout amounts for a single game session, day, week, or month. Any winnings exceeding specified maximum limits will be paid up to the maximum amount only, with excess amounts forfeited.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If your connection to the Platform is lost during a game round, any active bets will generally be resolved according to the game's rules. In most cases, game rounds will complete automatically based on your last action before disconnection. You may review the outcome in your game history once you reconnect. 55bwn is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems on your end.

7. Prohibited Activities

When using the 55bwn Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the proper functioning of games, software, or the Platform
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or other artificial intelligence to play games
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
• Depositing funds from stolen payment methods or third-party accounts
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our software
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 55bwn staff
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in games or the Platform for personal gain
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or promotional system manipulation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or 55bwn systems
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. 55bwn reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 55bwn Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, software code, game content, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the property of 55bwn, our licensors, or our content providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The 55bwn name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 55bwn or our affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. Game content, including titles, graphics, music, and gameplay mechanics, are owned by our game provider partners and are protected by their respective intellectual property rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercial use of the Platform or Content, (b) collection or use of game listings or descriptions, (c) derivative use of the Platform or Content, (d) downloading or copying of Content except as specifically permitted, or (e) use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.

Any unauthorized use of the Content or Platform may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bwn and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers (collectively, the "55bwn Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Specifically, the 55bwn Parties are not liable for:

• Any losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in Content or game outcomes
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Third-party statements or conduct on the Platform
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in Platform operation
• Viruses or malicious code transmitted through the Platform
• Loss of data or corruption of files
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions
• Actions or omissions of payment providers, game providers, or other third parties

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the 55bwn Parties to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. These limitations apply regardless of whether the liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Initial Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform ("Dispute"), you agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting 55bwn customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will work in good faith to resolve your complaint within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any Dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution of any Dispute that cannot be resolved through informal means.

10.3 Arbitration

If a Dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days, either party may elect to submit the Dispute to binding arbitration administered under the Philippine Arbitration Law. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties, or if agreement cannot be reached, appointed according to the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any Dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 55bwn.

11. Termination and Account Closure

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 55bwn account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, you may withdraw any remaining account balance subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closure may take up to 14 days to process fully.

11.2 Termination by 55bwn

55bwn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms, (b) engaging in prohibited activities, (c) providing false information, (d) suspicious or irregular activity patterns, (e) failure to complete verification procedures, or (f) at our sole discretion if we determine that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to us, other players, or the integrity of our services.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, we may forfeit any remaining account balance, bonuses, and winnings. All licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

11.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to administrative fees as permitted by law and after appropriate notice. We reserve the right to close dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

12. Changes to Terms

55bwn reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last Modified" date. Material changes may be communicated to you via email, Platform notification, or prominent notice on the website.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and may close your account. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

No waiver by 55bwn of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by 55bwn to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
